Distination Casino bill manged to skip committee
Monday begins another week in Tallahassee. On Tuesday the Senate Commerce and Tourism Committee is scheduled to hear the Destination Casino bill by Senator Jones. Somehow this bill managed to skip Senator Jones own committee, Regulated Industries. In over 20 years of working these issues in Tallahassee this is the first time I have ever seen a “gaming” bill not appear in Regulated Industries as the first committee of reference.
