Mardi Gras Casino is hosting the 25th Annual SFPC Toys in the Sun Run on December 9, 2012. Over 30,000 bikes will participate in the parade from Mardi Gras Casino in Hallandale Beach to Markham Park in Sunrise, FL. The Toys in the Sun Run is one of the largest Toy Drives in the Country during the holiday season. All Motorcycle riders are required to bring a toy to ride in the parade and everyone who comes to the event at Markham Park donates a toy as well. The event benefits the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, which over the years has provided millions in toys and money to needy children. Even if you don’t ride in the parade you can still enjoy all the events at Markham Park including live music, classic car show, bike show, over 100 vendors and plenty of delicious food and beverages!
Win Big at Mardi Gras Casino During Largest Charity Motorcycle Parade
Mardi Gras Casino is bringing you more ways to WIN during the day’s event. We will be having a TEXT promotion where you’ll enter yourself in a drawing for $1,500 in cash! There’s a Toys in the Sun Run Facebook photo contest with great prizes. All you have to do to enter is “Like” us on Facebook and post a motorcycle photo you took at the event. Our Facebook fans will vote on the pictures and the photo with the most votes will win first place; a $250 American Express gift card, second place will win a $100 American Express gift card and third place will win a $50 gift certificate to the French Quarter Restaurant and Bar at Mardi Gras Casino.
On the day of the event, be sure to visit the Mardi Gras Casino booth either at Mardi Gras Casino or Markham Park and scan the QR code to download the Mardi Gras Casino Mobile App for a free t-shirt. Finally, help us beat a world record while giving back to the children at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital; for every check-in on our Facebook page on December 9th, we will donate $1 to the cause.
