What better way to celebrate than to eat plenty of one of everyone’s favorite comfort foods… PASTA! At Mardi Gras Casino in Hallandale Beach, there’s a variety of venues for vittles, however the French Quarter Restaurant and Bar on the third floor is the brightest jewel in the Mardi Gras mask! They have delicious pasta dishes on our brand new menu such as Penne with Salmon, served with Cherry Tomato and Asparagus and topped with a garlic white wine butter sauce, our Meat and Cheese Lasagna, or our Shrimp Louisiana with Mushrooms, Peppers, Onions, and succulent Jumbo Shrimp sautéed in Garlic, Olive Oil in a spicy New Orleans sauce served over Linguine, among others. Who knows why October is National Pasta Month, and who cares? We just think it’s a great excuse to mangia, mangia mangia!

On Sunday evenings, they feature an Italian Buffet from 2pm through 9 pm for just $14.95 and it’s all you can eat! At the Pasta Station, where your plate is prepared to perfection, we’re not just talking about Spaghetti and Meatballs. Design your own dish by picking your preferred pasta, such as Penne, Linguine or Cheese Filled Ravioli. Select a sensational sauce such as a traditional Marinara, Alfredo, or a Tomato Cream Sauce to place upon your pasta before you nosh on your noodles. We also feature Diced Grilled Chicken, and an assortment of items like Artichokes, Onions, Peppers, Broccoli, Mushrooms, Sun Dried Tomatoes and more. Last week we even had fresh Mussels on the Pasta Station!
Station to Station
Don’t forget about the Pasta Salad! You’ll find it at the Salad Station, along with other favorites such as our Caprese Salad, where we put the “Mm” in Mozzarella by layering it with vine ripened sliced Tomatoes and fresh Basil, then drizzling it with Extra Virgin Olive Oil! Anticipate the Antipasto Salad and the Marinated Mushroom Salad making your mouth moan for more! Different Sundays provide different entrée items on the buffet as well. You’ll always find Meatballs and of course, Italian Sausage and Peppers, but, you might find Chicken Cacciatore one Sunday, and find Eggplant Parmigiana on another Sunday. They mix it up so you can match it up, and that right there is reason enough to come often to try something new and different! Our Dessert Station features the Chef’s selection of delectables made fresh daily just for you! Cakes, Pies, Cookies, and Fresh Fruit can all be found on the Dessert Station.

Stop by our coffee cart near the main entrance for a hot cup of coffee and a sweet treat! Try a smoothie, a fat free yogurt shake or something from our brand new menu at the Café Orleans on the first floor, right next to the Bayou Bar. On the second floor they have the Mezz Bar and Grill, as well as the Dawg House Sports Bar. Also, our drink specials are as easy as 1 – 2 – 3 ! We have one dollar 12 oz domestic draft beers, two dollar 7 oz glasses of house wine, and three-dollar well brand cocktails and 12 oz premium draft beers throughout the entire casino! Also, our drink special for the month of October is the Mardi Gras Pink Awareness! Vodka or Rum gets splashed on the rocks then swirled with summery pink lemonade and topped with a cherry, and it’s only $5.00!
