Mardi Gras Casino is celebrating Fat Tuesday, New Orleans style! On February 21st, there are so many fun things happening here it is hard to keep track. The Doubloons for Dollars promotion is every two hours from 1pm-9pm where the prize could be up to $3,000. The whole community is joining us for a parade and festival. The parade will be led by the King and Queen of Mardi who will be crowned at 5:30pm next to the Player’s Club. The Big Easy Poker Room, at Mardi Gras Casino FL, hosted the WQAM Celebrity Texas Hold’em Tournament January, 23rd. This wasn’t just any tournament; three WQAM hosts were enlisting players to help win money for their charity. Don’t let the work “charity” fool you, this was a real tournament hosted at Mardi Gras Casino with a big prize pool. $90 of the $100 buy in went to the prize pool and there was an optional $20 add on for the winning charity.
