Mardi Gras’ VIPs celebrated Independence Day on July 2nd in true Mardi Gras Style – with a Party! The Party was themed, “Tiki Bar in Paradise” and it took place outside “Trackside” with an air-conditioned tent, beautiful tropical beach décor with flowers and Palm trees, crab races and picture taking with parrots. Guests enjoyed the Jimmy Buffet style beach sounds of Jimmy Stowe and the Stowaways and were also treated to a sumptuous buffet of BBQ chicken, pulled pork, pasta salad, jambalaya and apple cobbler.
