We’re very proud of Chef Wally and everything he brings to the table, and his buffet setups are always spectacular!
This year, in lieu of a la carte menu service, for just $17.95 per person plus tax and a 15% gratuity, we’ll keep the buffet stocked full of Herb Roasted Turkey with Cranberry and Cherry Relish, Maple & Pineapple Glazed Ham as well as Grilled Salmon with Lime and Chili Sauce. We’ll have Corn Bread with Apple and Sage Stuffing, Mashed Sweet Potato Casserole, Mashed Potatoes, Glazed Baby Carrots, Green Beans and Roasted Fennel, Assorted Salad items, and the Chef’s choice of assorted Cakes Pies and Fresh Fruit for dessert.
Be sure to ask your server about our impressive selection of wines. We offer several by the glass, but share a bottle or two with the table for a festive gathering. We have a full bar at the French Quarter, so your favorite aperitif, cocktail, or after dinner drink can be whipped up in an instant. Our special drink of the month for November is the Autumn Breeze made with Appleton Rum, Apple Cider and a Cinnamon Stick for just $5.00! We also have drink specials throughout the entire casino, and they’re as easy as 1-2-3! We have $1 twelve ounce domestic draft beers, $2 seven ounce glasses of house wine, and $3 twelve ounce premium draft beers and well brand cocktails, just ask any bartender or cocktail server.
