Director of Food and Beverage
Jay Hasan has been with Mardi Gras Casino and Racetrack for the past four years, beginning as a shift manager in the Food and Beverage Department. He has been in the hospitality industry for 30 years, and brings his experience from having been a Food and Beverage Director at the Belle of Baton Rouge Casino and at the Hilton Capital Center in Baton Rouge, LA. This as well as his banquet experience is a great asset to our food and beverage department. After graduating LSU with a Civil Engineering degree, Jay relocated to South Florida to utilize his casino expertise with us here at Mardi Gras. He is a very diligent employee with an eye for detail, and we are happy to have him head our team.
